How to Pay Deposit and Club Fees

You will find below options for how to pay your Rock Nation club deposit and club fees. The table below shows a summary of the various fees and their due dates.

How to Pay Deposit Fees

​

The club deposit is due prior to the start of practice. For 2023, the due date for Deposit fee is February 28th. This deposit fee goes towards your overall club membership payment and is not refundable. Here is how to pay your deposit fee: 

  1. Navigate to www.rocknationbasketball.org, t

  2. On the main menu, expand 2023 Season and click on "Join Us"

  3. On the next page, click on "2023 Rock Nation Membership"

  4. Click "Book Now" then fill out the necessary information and check out to complete your payment.

How to Club Membership Fees

You have 4 options to pay the club fees as shown below. If you need help or would like to select a combination of options, reach out to us by using the "Chat" at the bottom right corner of the website.

 
Option 1 - Installments

You can pay the club fees in 4 installments plus the club entrance fee of $165 for 6th grade, $190 for 7th and 8th grade, and $250 for high school. Once you subscribed, you will receive an email notification when each installment is due.

To subscribe to the installments, click here, select your age group and proceed to check out.

If you qualify for a sibling discount (i.e. you have more than one athlete participating), contact Serges Lemo at 512-412-0249 to get a coupon before you book.

 

Option 2 - One Payment

If you would like to pay all at once or in different installment amounts, contact an administrator by using the "Chat" at the bottom right corner of the website. 

 

Option 3 - Volunteering

Another option is to volunteer to raise funds for your athlete's club fees. We have an agreement with Dell Diamond and HEB Center to allow parents and family members to volunteer during events. For each event you volunteer for, a $75 minimum (per volunteer) will go towards your club fees. You can bring friends and family to get more money. To start with this, you can contact Mike Essig at 480-280-8201 or through the platform.

 

Option 4 - Gift Cards

You can ask family members and friends to contribute toward the club fee by buying gift cards. Gift cards can be purchased directly on our site by clicking here or navigating to shop and choosing gift cards.

 

Deadlines

First installment: March 15

Second installment: April 15

Third installment: May 15

Fourth and last installment: June 15
